Where is New England Tech?

New England Tech is located in the northeast section of the United States. Known as the "Ocean State" Rhode Island may be the smallest state, but it offers a big menu of advantages to those lucky enough to spend time there. Rhode Island is the tiny red state on the East coast of the USA map below!

New England Tech makes its home in the city of Warwick, Rhode Island, a small community of 86,000 residents, located conveniently in the middle of the state. Just ten minutes away is Providence, the state's bustling capital city, offering restaurants, museums, shopping and many historical destinations.

Our campus is located a short ten minutes from the capital city of Providence, where bus and train service is available to all major cities. TF Green Airport (PVD) is only a few minutes away from campus.

Boston, Massachusetts is only one hour north and New York City is just three hours south. It's a perfect distance to take trips into some of America's greatest cities but enjoys the wonderful laid back lifestyle of Rhode Island!

Can I Find Housing?

New England Tech assists our International Students and those who reside beyond commuting distance in finding housing. To ease expenses, shared living arrangements are also available with other New England Tech students. The New England Tech Admissions Team will be able to help you out with finding housing even if you are across the sea!

The Weather!

Four well-defined seasons keep life in Rhode Island exhilarating! As you might imagine, The Ocean State boasts miles of beautiful beaches to enjoy in the summer. Come winter, there's many indoor and outdoor activities to keep yourself busy! In any season, Rhode Island's diverse and lively personality makes it a great place to be.

Campus Life at New England Tech

A place of learning is a place of energy and growing, where lasting friendships and memories are made. It's no wonder that we hear from graduates all the time who tell us they have only fond memories of their time at New England Tech.

Students love the friendly tone set by our distinguished faculty and administrators. Their doors are always open to students, so bonds of mutual respect and clear lines of communication are preserved.

New England Tech has many student run clubs which provide great social interaction with your many peers from the USA and around the world. They also let you gain a deeper understanding of specific areas of knowledge such as engineering, financial investing, or sports!

    Hello Siva,

    Thanks for your post! Unfortunately, the New England Institute of Technology does not offer Masters programs in DSP or Electrical Engineering. They offer Associate and Bachelor Degree’s in Electrical Engineering so if you are interested in pursuing a USA education at the Bachelor’s level than NEIT would be a great fit for you!
